Digital downloads are non refundable, If your file is corrupted you can contact me any time, I will resend you the files.

• Since these products are handmade, it's not possible to replace them. If your product has been damaged in the transit, please send us a mail at moondustattic@gmail.com with images of the damaged product within 72 hours of receiving the order. We will check and see what can be done about it.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
